BEMIDJI, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – On January 14, 2025, 43-year-old Derek Richard Bluecoat from Bemidji, Minnesota, was arrested in Beltrami County on a charge of felony harassment, marking his second or subsequent violation within ten years. The arrest followed an incident on January 11, where a female resident on Ridgeway Avenue reported that Bluecoat, allegedly intoxicated, was pounding on her door. Upon police arrival, Bluecoat reportedly dropped a bottle of vodka, which shattered on the front steps of the residence. He was arrested and was non-compliant with jail staff.
