  1. 1.13 million barrels a day leave ND. The video says we'll continue to see "small upswings" in production. On Feb 14th, a barrel was selling for $90.21.
    You will never see $2/gallon gas when oil is selling for that price, get over it!!! Decide if you want cheap gas or oil revenue for the state. Getting both isn't happening
