On the morning of 11/08/24, Thomas Alan Barth (75) of Moorhead was cited for speeding on Hwy. #32 north of Red Lake Falls.
On the evening of 11/08/24, a Red Lake County deputy responded to a noise complaint in the city of Oklee. The deputy spoke to a resident and their music was turned down.
On the evening of 11/09/24, the Red Lake County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a domestic disturbance at an apartment in Red Lake Falls. It was determined that no crimes had been committed and the parties involved were counseled, and the matter was mediated.
On the evening of 11/09/24, the Norman County Sheriff’s Office reported they had arrested Julia Rose Lee (37) of Fargo. Red Lake County held an active misdemeanor warrant for her arrest. She was taken to jail in Crookston. Ms. Lee appeared in Court in Crookston on 11/12/24. She pled guilty to misdemeanor theft and agreed to pay restitution and a $50 fine. She was released from custody.
On the morning of 11/12/24, Keith Owen Swenson (63) of Brooks was cited for speeding on CR. #7 east of Hwy. #59.
On the morning of 11/12/24, Red Lake County deputies assisted Probations with a residential visit in Plummer. In the course of that detail, a vehicle was seized, and the matter remains under investigation.
