On the evening of 01/22/21, Samantha Elizabeth Chaput (31) of Crookston was cited for misdemeanor driving after revocation in the city of Red Lake Falls.
In the early morning hours of 01/23/21, the Clay County Sheriff’s Office reported they had arrested Zachary Blaine Struble (37) of Ulen. Red Lake County held an active warrant for his arrest, for failing to appear at a previously scheduled court hearing. Clay County indicated they also had local charges pending against Mr. Struble and they would release him to Red Lake County’s custody when those matters were settled. On 01/27/21, Mr. Struble posted a $500 cash bond to satisfy the Red Lake County warrant. He was released from custody and a court hearing in Red Lake Falls was scheduled for 02/03/21.
On the afternoon of 01/23/21, a Red Lake County deputy responded to a disturbance at a residence in Oklee. Two tenants of a rental duplex were having a verbal dispute. The situation was mediated without the filing of criminal charges or any arrests.
Shortly after midnight on 01/24/21, Christina Rae Shepard (20) of Warroad was cited for speeding, misdemeanor driving after revocation, and for no proof of current motor vehicle insurance in the city of Oklee.
On the afternoon of 01/25/21, a Plummer resident reported an attempted theft and property damage incident that had occurred on their property sometime in the past couple of days. That report is still under investigation.
On the afternoon of 01/26/21, Deneen Marie Morgan (56) of Red Lake Falls was cited with misdemeanor driving after revocation in the city of Red Lake Falls.
On the evening of 01/26/21, Nathaniel Daniel David Tollefson (21) of St. Hilaire was cited for misdemeanor no valid driver’s license while operating a motor vehicle on Hwy. #92 in Terrebonne Township.
