In the early morning hours of 06/26/22, the Red Lake County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence in Plummer. A call was also received from a male party, related to this incident, who claimed that he was walking somewhere on a gravel road and he didn’t know where he was. Red Lake County deputies responded and nobody at the residence would open the door and the male individual was not located. The situation appeared to have resolved itself without law enforcement intervention and no further reports were received.

On 06/26/22, a party in Brooks reported they had lost their dog. They claimed the dog was a Brindle Boxer. On the morning of 07/01/22, the Red Lake County Sheriff’s Office received a report from another individual, south of Brooks, who had a dog show up at their residence. The Sheriff’s Office put the parties in touch with each other to determine if that was the missing dog.

On the evening of 06/26/22, the Red Lake County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a domestic disturbance in Oklee. A responding deputy found that two people were involved in a verbal argument. They were counseled and the situation was mediated without any arrests.

On the afternoon of 06/28/22, the Red Lake County Sheriff’s Office received a report of loud yelling coming from an Oklee residence. A deputy responded and found that a parent was attempting to control some unruly children. The involved parties were counseled about behavior and noise.

On the afternoon of 06/28/22, the Red Lake County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a vehicle running into the ditch on CR. #13 west of Red Lake Falls. There were no injuries reported but the vehicle was towed from the scene.

On the evening of 06/29/22, the Red Lake County Sheriff’s Office received a report that a child had run away from a Red Lake Falls residence. A Red Lake County deputy located the child and returned them to a family member.
