35 year old adam bjerke of fosston has been charged with felony threats of violence and gross misdemeanor negligent storage of firearms a child can access according to court documents on october 2nd at 10 45 pm deputies responded to a fosston residence on a report of a male threatening a female with a gun according to the victim bjerkey allegedly brandished a gun in the residence and left and the victim did not know if he intended to harm her or himself bjerke was prohibited from possessing firearms he was later arrested at the residence thirty four-year-old amanda k mitchell of fosten has been charged with felony check forgery make our alter check and a gross misdemeanor of the same charge according to court records in january of this year she cashed stolen checks in foston manomen fargo and grand forks the total amount amount of the alleged checks written was 419 dollars and 44 year old luke shendel of lake george minnesota has been charged with felony fugitive from justice from another state on october 2nd at 11 11 pm according to court documents a deputy pulled over a truck and trailer with a vat tail light near pete’s place south in bemidji the driver was identified as luke shendell and is wanted in buchanan county iowa on a kidnapping charge that was issued september 19th where he was allegedly upset about the purchase of horses and locked a man inside his horse trailer until the man later escaped and called authorities and 51 year old gilbert rodriguez of bemidji is facing a felony charge of violation of a domestic abuse no contact order in clearwater county according to court records on october 2nd at 8 pm a trooper stopped a vehicle for speeding in clearwater county a female was driving and rodriguez was a passenger the trooper discovered a no contact order was in place rodriguez was arrested for that as well as a warrant in beltrami county i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
