Shea Kennedy of Grand Forks has been charged with felony theft according to court documents a Chevy Impala was stolen from a Grand Forks residence on January 3rd with the keys in it the next day at Grand Forks Police Officer spotted the vehicle on South Washington Street and Kennedy was arrested and 19 year old Aiden Nystrom of Northwood has been charged with felony reckless endangerment and possession of alcohol by a person under 21. according to court documents the charges stem from a November incident in which a sheriff’s deputy clocked him driving 109 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour zone on Highway 18 in Grand Forks County and 28 year old Haley sandsburn of Grand Forks has been charged with felony burglary felony child neglect and misdemeanor theft of property according to court documents on December 9th Grand Forks deputies responded to a criminal trespass in progress the deputies reported sansburn was wearing a headlamp in the home and had already been taking things from the home I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
