Troopers have loved ones and families. If you decide to put your life in danger, do your home work, be prepared. Have emergency winter kit, full tank, good tread, heater and blades, shovel, expect to survive if road conditions prevent aide from reaching you.
I do hope we have it set up that the people responsible for making troopers risk their safety have to compensate abd pay hazard pay, cost of equipment use and gasoline.
