Reagan Baesler Earns 2nd Summit League Peak Performer Honor

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – North Dakota State senior cross country runner Reagan Baesler has been named the Summit League Peak Performer of the Week for the second time this season, the league office announced Tuesday.

Baesler led the NDSU women to the team title at the SDSU Classic as the top collegiate finisher in a time of 20:48.4 for the 6k course – only two seconds off the previous course record held by NDSU All-American Erin Teschuk.

Baesler’s time was a new career-best for the 6k, and ranks 14th on the NDSU all-time performance list in the event.

NDSU will race next at the Bradley Pink Classic in Peoria, Ill., on Oct. 18, where the Bison women are the defending champions.
