Sandoval Jr., born on April 27, 1985, had recently been released from custody on February 20, 2025, following a conviction for Criminal Sexual Conduct. His sentence was originally handed down on January 26, 2022. According to the Minnesota Department of Corrections, Sandoval was under supervision by Agent Dawn Bloch at the time of his escape.
Sandoval’s criminal history includes serious charges filed under court case numbers Ramsey-62-CR-20-7704 and Morrison-49-CR-20-596. His failure to remain compliant has now escalated concerns within law enforcement agencies and the public. Officials stress that Sandoval should be considered dangerous and are urging anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact authorities immediately.
