FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Gunnar Allan Cowing faces a felony charge of criminal mischief after allegedly causing havoc in a Fargo parking ramp. According to court documents, on July 27th at 1:36 a.m., officers responded to reports of a disturbance where witnesses saw Cowing using a traffic cone to smash multiple vehicles. Three vehicle owners reported smashed windows, damaged doors, and mirrors ripped off. Cowing was arrested at the scene and told police he was enraged at “a certain subsect of the Asian community.”
