CROOKSTON, Minn. – Ralph Messelt, 81, East Grand Forks, Minn., died Monday, Nov. 11, in Villa St. Vincent Care Center.
Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 1 p.m., Friday, Nov. 15, at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in East Grand Forks.
