29 year old Nicholas schnellbach of Horace North Dakota is facing a string of charges following an early Monday morning pursuit in Cass County this from the Cass County Sheriff’s Office at 2 40 a.m on this Monday a deputy attempted to stop a vehicle driven by snellback for speeding Schnell block immediately fled the traffic stop attempt Pursuit crossed into Clay County for a beef brief period however snellback crossed back into North Dakota and eventually stopped and surrendered to law enforcement in the Saint Benedict area around 3 10 a.m during the pursuit deputies were unsuccessful at deploying stop sticks while attempting to disable the fleeing vehicle no injuries as a result of the incident and no property damage Schnell vac was transported to the Cass County Jail facing multiple charges including felony fleeing and a motor vehicle driving under suspension and DUI I’m Neil Berg reporting for I knew trfnews.i234.me
