WEST FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A routine call for public urination in West Fargo took a dangerous turn when Jonathan Naumann of Fargo was arrested and charged with felony terrorizing.
On August 17th, just before midnight, a West Fargo officer spotted Naumann, intoxicated and barely able to stand, urinating on a post in the 100 block of Cheyenne Street.
With his genitals exposed to passing traffic and only one sock on, Naumann was taken to Sanford for medical clearance before being sent to detox.
While at the hospital, he reportedly threatened the officer multiple times, stating, “I’m going to f**k you up, and I will kill you,” leading to the serious charge of felony terrorizing.
