A criminal indictment reads, in part, “coerce minor 1 to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction of such conduct, namely visual depictions of him performing digital penetration and oral sex on minor one visual depictions of minor one in sexually explicit naked poses using materials that have been mailed shipped and transported in and affecting interstate and foreign Commerce by any means.” Torres appeared in federal court this past week.
