uh president joe biden and first lady jill touched down in duluth on this uh wednesday noon hour uh they’ll be headed over to the university of wisconsin in uh nearby superior uh where he’ll be uh touting his a trillion dollar infrastructure bill he helped push through congress uh in part local officials will be lobbying for 1.8 billion dollars uh to for a new blotnick bridge that connects uh duluth and superior wisconsin it’s hope construction on that major project can begin in 2028. i’m Neil Berg reporting for eye news dot tv
