GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A preliminary hearing scheduled in Grand Forks district court today for Joshua Jon Temple was waived. Temple is facing three felony counts: endangering an eligible adult, terrorizing, and domestic violence against his wife during her battle with cancer. She has since passed away. The preliminary hearing was intended to determine if there was enough evidence to bring the matter to trial. The case will continue moving toward a trial unless a plea bargain is reached before the next hearing date, scheduled for August 15th.
