Possible Stalker in Bemidji Raises Concerns

BEMIDJI, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A Bemidji, Minnesota man was arrested following some alleged, disturbing stalking incidents.
a chilling experience for a Bemidji woman 23 year old Andrew Fein day of Bemidji has been charged with felony stalking misdemeanor indecent exposure and misdemeanor tamper with a vehicle according to court documents on September 19th the victim found what is believed to be semen on her car along with panties and a note that said if she would leave her vehicle unlocked there would be a gift of fifty dollars or more a ring camera allegedly captured find a masturbating by the vehicle then on September 22nd he allegedly left a small black bag by the victim’s vehicle containing fifty dollars and a dildo then on September 23rd a Bemidji police surveillance team was watching and saw him approach the victim’s vehicle and left fifty dollars and a note that said quote I’m your sugar daddy now so leave something fun and naughty unquote police also seized a bra and other items along with the gun from fine day’s Bemidji apartment I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
