Polk County (trfnews.i234.me), law enforcement has apprehended Summer Starr Agha, age 46, after she failed to appear in court following a felony conviction. Arrested on March 22, 2025, Agha is now facing serious consequences under Minnesota Statute 609.49.1 for Failure to Appear – Charged/Convicted of Felony.
Authorities had been searching for Agha after she missed a mandated court appearance stemming from a prior felony case. Her sudden disappearance had raised eyebrows and triggered a warrant, making her a wanted individual.
Her arrest now ensures she will face both her original felony charges and this additional offense. Court proceedings are expected soon, and her case highlights the severe repercussions of avoiding the justice system.
