Polk County Woman Charged with Felony Animal Mistreatment

POLK COUNTY, MN (trfnews.i234.me) An Erskine, Minnesota woman has been charged with Felony, Overwork-Mistreatment of Animals-Torture charge, after a dog was allegedly found deceased, chained to a tree with no food or water.
a 37 year old Cameron Joe a Horkheimer address now listed as Erskine is facing criminal charges in connection to alleged cruelty to a dog in a Fertile Minnesota according to court documents on November 4th of 2019 a deputy investigated a deceased dog at 4:11 Lincoln Avenue Northwest and Fertile the deputy reported the dog had been chained to a tree with a metal chain around its neck its food and water dish was upside out and empty the temperatures had been near or below freezing in the past seven days the dog was frozen to the ground there was a plastic kennel with a blanket in it nearby but the dog could not have reached it because of the length of chain attached to the dog’s neck Cameron Johor Kaymer has been charged with felony overwork or mistreatment of animals torture and two misdemeanor charges of overwork mistreatment of animals deprived of food or shelter and abandoned I’m Neil Berg reporting for I Newsday TV
