Polk County Woman Arrested for Trespassing After Prior Ban

Polk County (trfnews.i234.me) – On April 25, 2025, Jessie Anne Irvin, born July 15, 1973, was arrested in Polk County, Minnesota, for misdemeanor trespassing. According to the Northwest Regional Corrections Center jail roster, Irvin is currently in custody pending further legal proceedings.

Under Minnesota Statute 609.605, subdivision 1(b)(8), it is a misdemeanor offense for a person to intentionally return to the property of another within one year after being told to leave and not to return, without claim of right or consent from someone with authority to grant it. Violations of this statute can result in penalties including up to 90 days in jail, a fine of up to $1,000, or both.
