POLK COUNTY ( trfnews.i234.me ) — Emergency crews were dispatched Saturday morning for a reported snowmobile crash east of Gentilly, Minnesota. Gentilly is east of Crookston.
Emergency radio traffic described a passerby finding a person involved in a snowmobile accident. The call came in at about 9:30 a.m. The location given over the radio was 14269 260th Street Southwest.
Initial radio traffic said the rider was breathing. The rider was also described as not very alert. Later updates said the person was in a family member’s vehicle. The rider appeared conscious at that time.
An ambulance was reported on scene. It is not clear what injuries were involved. Officials have not released the rider’s name. The age and hometown have also not been confirmed.
