POLK COUNTY, MINNESOTA (trfnews.i234.me) — On May 7, 2025, 29-year-old Richard Harold Schulz was arrested in Polk County for a felony violation of predatory offender registration requirements, as mandated by Minnesota Statute 243.166.5(a). This statute requires individuals designated as predatory offenders to register their residence and other pertinent information with law enforcement agencies. Failure to comply with these requirements is a felony offense in Minnesota.
