Polk County (trfnews.i234.me) – In a disturbing development, Dustin Terrance Olson, born August 15, 2003, has been charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Third Degree in Polk County, Minnesota. According to court documents filed on April 28, 2025, Olson allegedly engaged in sexual acts with a victim aged between 13 and 15 years, while Olson himself was more than 24 months older than the victim, violating Minnesota Statute 609.344.1(b).

This serious felony offense carries heavy penalties under Minnesota law, including a potential prison sentence of up to 15 years and/or a fine of up to $30,000. The statute is specifically designed to protect minors from exploitation by significantly older individuals.

Authorities have not released further details regarding the circumstances of the case or whether additional charges may follow. As the investigation continues, Olson remains in custody pending court proceedings.

This case adds to growing concerns about crimes against minors in Minnesota and highlights the state’s strict legal measures against sexual offenses involving adolescents.
