Fredrick White, 55 of Bemidji, for public nuisance, act or omission declared by law
Jesus Rodriguez Ortega, 70 of Erskine, for harassment – violating a restraining order
Matthew Travis Beerman, 36 of Fertile, for fifth-degree assault
