Steven Adam Moss, 25 of Red Lake Falls for Disorderly Conduct
Ronald Webb, 39 of Crookston, for disorderly conduct
Levia Blacketter-Wakefiled, 28 affested in East Grand Forks, for probation violation
John Patrick Sullivan, 61 arrested in Erskine, for DUI, refusal to submit to a chemical test
