Rodolfo Ibarra II, 36 of Fargo, ND, for being a felon convicted for a crime of violence, firearm violation.
Isabel Janise Blackbird Luna, 20 of Crookston, for fourth-degree DUI
Ryan Oliver Aune, 34 of Twin Valley, for violating a restraining order.
