Police Dog Locates Suspect in Cass County Burglary

HORACE, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A K-9 tracked down a burglary suspect near Horace, North Dakota Wednesday morning.
a k-9 helped Cass County deputies arrest a burglary suspect near Horace North Dakota this morning the scent from the Cass County Sheriff’s Department at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday they responded to a call for service involving a burglary to a detached garage in the area of County Road 17 and 81st Avenue South in Horace upon arriving in the area deputies discovered footprints that led to a commercial storage units for this near this location while at the storage units deputies located a possible suspect who fled on foot deputies set up a perimeter and were assisted by the unmanned aircraft system team and West Fargo Police Department k9 unit after a brief track by the West Fargo k9 unit and UAS team the suspect was located underneath a bush and apprehended by the k-9 the suspect was identified as 41 year old Niklas Stephan a magner magner was treated on scene by FM ambulance and taken to essentia hospital where McNair was medically cleared and booked into the Cass County Jail he’s being held pending charges of misdemeanor trespass and criminal mischief and failure to halt again the suspect 41 year old Nicholas magner no address listed I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV
