FARGO, N.D. (trfnews.i234.me) – A shelter-in-place was implemented in a Fargo neighborhood on Sunday morning after authorities received reports of a man threatening two individuals with a handgun. Police were called to the 1800 block of 3rd Street North. The victims managed to escape and contacted law enforcement.
After several hours of attempts to communicate with the suspect, 43-year-old Fargo resident Nearia Gibson exited the residence at 7:50 a.m. and was taken into custody on charges of terrorizing.
The shelter-in-place order was eventually lifted. Details on the alleged threats remain limited, but further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
