In recognition of its employees’ hard work and dedication, Polaris Inc. shared in the company profits with its employees. Polaris Roseau celebrated Profit Sharing Day on Friday, March 3 with a profit-sharing payout of over $10 million to the Roseau team.

Polaris leadership credited a large part of the company’s success over the last year to its employees’ commitment to customers and ingenuity. In spite of a year of challenges, Polaris delivered record results last year with more than $8.5 billion in sales.

Polaris continued to invest in innovation and the powersports experience, introducing new vehicles, products, and experiences.

The company welcomed new customers to the love of Powersports and focused on building brand loyalty and delivering for current Polaris owners.

Steve Menneto, president of Off-Road, said, “In recognition of your contributions and as an owner of Polaris, you share in the financial and business success of the company through profit sharing and the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).” Menneto added that 2023 would be an exciting year for Polaris. “We know the playbook,” he said. “We have the trail mapped out.” Adam Baumgartner, plant director for Roseau, said, “It was a great day to be a part of the Polaris team and that there is no better place to be than in Roseau on Profit Sharing Day.” Also at the event, Brian Larson, a 10+ year injection mold employee, was the recipient of a new snowmo bile for perfect attendance.
