Pipeline Protestors and Murder Suspect Search Update in Northwest Minnesota on Sunday

NORTHWEST MINNESOTA (trfnews.i234.me) A Sunday update on the Enbridge pipeline protests near Thief River Falls and search for murder suspect, Eric Reinbold near Oklee in northwest Minnesota.
Neil Berg here driving through northwest minnesota late on a sunday afternoon with a couple of updates on different stories uh the pipeline protesters up by thief river falls and the search for murder suspect eric reinbold uh northeast of oakley minnesota we’ll start here with some video this is just south of thief river falls the red lake treaty camp the protester camp not a lot of new uh happenings this weekend pretty quiet actually um there were some arrests on thursday and now uh this weekend i understand they were ready to pull the pipe through the boring under the river here and maybe finish up this project within the next week so uh protests in this area may uh come to a close there won’t be any construction workers here uh very shortly now moving uh northeast of uh oakley this area on the right of your screen that’s uh eric reinbold the murder suspect his parents place on the left are some you’ll see trees along there that’s where there have already been several searches uh eric reinbold has been on the run now since july 9th named as the uh murder suspect in the murder of his wife wasset now not a lot of new information on this uh but this is an area that has been now been searched several times after uh we’re hearing reports of possible sightings of rheingold on trail cameras uh one new uh tidbit of information is here here because i believe i’ve been hearing uh that more u.s marshals will be moving into the area with more high-tech equipment so uh the search for eric reinbold continues as i talked with red lake county sheriff here mitch bernstein last week it’s still believed he’s in the area no reports of any stolen cars and it’s not believed he had any cars to leave the area so the search for eric reinbold up here northeast of oakley minnesota continues i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me

  1. My guess? Mr. Reinbolt is long gone. His search has been going for weeks. Would he be able to sustain himself indefinitely out in the area he's suspected to still be in?
