Pine River Man Faces 3rd Felony Harassment Charge

Pine River Man Faces 3rd Felony Harassment Charge

Pine River, Minnesota (trfnews.i234.me) – A Pine River man, Joshua L. Crimmins, is now facing his third felony harassment charge after violating a restraining order against a woman.

Crimmins, 35, was previously charged with felony harassment in two separate cases. On December 8th, a woman reported that Crimmins drove by her workplace twice, sent her an extensive message, and posted disturbing signs in the area. One of these signs included the victim’s name with a derogatory message, “Hope you’re happy, bitch.”

The victim reported that Crimmins had crafted and placed the signs on nearby stop signs in an attempt to shame her. This continued harassment violated the restraining order she had against him.

Authorities later arrested Crimmins and found a rifle, methamphetamine, and evidence indicating that he had been tracking the victim’s movements. He now faces felony charges for harassment, as well as for possession of meth.

This arrest marks a significant step toward addressing ongoing harassment in the Pine River area. The case highlights the importance of enforcing restraining orders and holding individuals accountable for violating them.
