Thief River Falls Police Department Cases
- Ethan Alexander Johnson, 26, St. Hilaire — Gross misdemeanor fifth-degree controlled substance possession, $260 fine, 364 days in jail stayed for two years, probation for two years, assessment and treatment required. Felony third-degree drug sale charge dismissed.
- Patrick Stephen Afterbuffalo, 33, Red Lake Falls — Fourth-degree DWI, $510 fine, 30 days in jail stayed for two years, probation for two years, assessment and treatment required.
- Rachel Rae Olson, 41, Thief River Falls — Obstructing the legal process, $210 fine, 90 days in jail stayed for two years, probation for two years. A child endangerment charge placed on stay of adjudication with conditions. Assault of a peace officer charge dismissed.
- Kyle Adam Keefe, 28, Thief River Falls — Driving after suspension, $285 fine.
- Eli Bruce Johnson, 25, Strandquist — Fourth-degree DWI, $510 fine, 30 days in jail stayed for two years, probation for two years, assessment and treatment required.
- John Russell Hulst, 46, Viking — Violation of protection order, $185 fine, 364 days in jail stayed for two years, probation for two years, no contact with victim(s).
- Randy Wayne Hanson, 68, Thief River Falls — Public nuisance charge dismissed.
- Lee John Haugen, 49, Thief River Falls — Public nuisance charge dismissed.
- Chad Mitchell Beito, 47, St. Hilaire — Vehicle license, registration, and unsecured load charges dismissed.
- Geoffrey Alexander Ramirez Bautista, 31, Thief River Falls — Driver’s license violation, $185 fine.
Minnesota State Patrol Cases
- Rodney Dean Schroeder, 80, Grand Forks — No proof of insurance, $285 fine.
- Noah David Underdahl, 19, Newfolden — Windshield violation, $135 fine.
- Catherine Elaine Evans, 59, Bemidji — Speeding 64/60, $125 fine.
- Daniel James Fairbanks, 42, Red Lake — Displaying plates of another vehicle charge dismissed.
- Anna Rachel Friesner, 36, Warroad — No proof of insurance charge dismissed.
