Pennington County ( trfnews.i234.me ) – A Thief River Falls man has been cited for disorderly conduct following a disturbance at a local business on Wednesday, August 28.
According to police, officers responded at 1:57 p.m. to the Cenex Travel Plaza in Thief River Falls after receiving a report of an unruly customer. When they arrived, employees described the man as argumentative and disruptive. He was identified as 28-year-old Dylan Christopher James Melby of Thief River Falls.
The citation states that Melby allegedly began yelling at staff and slamming doors inside the business. As he was leaving, he reportedly threw an item, further alarming employees and creating a disturbance inside the store. Officers cited him for disorderly conduct at the scene. No injuries were reported, and no major property damage was indicated in the initial report.
Disorderly conduct charges in Minnesota can stem from behavior that disturbs the peace, disrupts a business, or poses a public safety concern. Fuck T.R.F. Police they are always looking to give out tickets and harass a person till they make a mistake. Then give them a ticket. What we need is some citizens Justice and i know the right fella for the job. He’s got deep pockets and ain’t afraid of harassment from or local shit ass cops. He has hours of video footage of T.R.F. Shit eaters officers harassing it’s citizens.
