FARGO, N.D. (trfnews.i234.me) – The residents of an apartment complex on 44th Avenue in Fargo have reported incidents of employees from a landscaping company, Outdoor Concepts, engaging in suspicious behavior. According to the women who live there, some employees have been seen peeking through their windows and making threatening comments.
Police are investigating these claims after receiving reports of one employee peering through a woman’s window while she was getting ready for work. The same individual allegedly made a comment about watching her back when confronted by another resident.
An anonymous social media post detailing similar incidents has garnered over 100 comments from women who claim to have experienced similar interactions with Outdoor Concepts employees. Many of these women feel that nothing is being done to address their concerns and are taking matters into their own hands.
One woman reported buying motion lights, cameras, and mace in an effort to protect herself and her family. Another resident stated that she now carries a gun wherever she goes due to the lack of action from authorities or property management.
The women have started walking each other to and from their cars at night, citing concerns for their safety and the well-being of their children.
Outdoor Concepts has acknowledged being aware of the issue but claims they will take disciplinary action if it continues. However, no employees have been identified or arrested by Fargo Police as part of this investigation.
