and a risk a man is in critical condition after walking and being struck by a vehicle uh just before 10 pm friday in the 300 block of main street east in valley city attention [Laughter] the highway patrol says a 77 year old man from a riska uh not identified yet was uh walking southbound in a marked crosswalk here when he was struck by a uh pickup uh driven by a 19 year old valley city woman who was not injured and has not been identified um as far as any charges is still under investigation the 77 year old male from as we said ariska was knocked to the ground and suffered serious injuries the female driver was uninjured barnes county ambulance transported the pedestrian to mercy hospital in valley city he was later transported by sanford uh our airmed life flight to fargo sanford where he remains in critical condition the crash remains under investigation uh names will be released later today i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
