Gun bans only stop the honest people from having guns. That gives criminals and our gov free reign over the honest people. Banning guns does not stop violence. The gun is only a tool, got to stop the criminal thats pulling the trigger.
We need more guns after this report.

I am sick an tired of hear about "America's Gun Problem" There is no gun problem; there is a rule of law problem. The democraps mostly, and weak republican'ts empower criminals. Idk, everyone is complaining about stuff. Yet watching this. First off, the true definition of a "ghost gun," is a gun that never existed and was documented in any way/shape/and or form. Example- 3d printed guns.
So, might wanna get things right before going and jumping onto that train. The other one, was a legally owned gun by an individual, then some idiot stole it. I had a firearm stolen from me. Sadly, I knew exactly whom stole it. Yet the PD did NOTHING ABOUT IT.
We don't have a "gun problem." We have a people problem. If it were a gun problem, then explain to me how the country that has more LEGALLY owned firearms by citizens, than any other country, or even our own government, doesn't experience far, far more firearm related crimes/violence.

Guns are not the problem. Mentally unstable, evil people are the problem. Crazy, full of hate people will always find a way to commit their crimes. The Allen, Texas shooter purchased all of his weapons legally. Obviously, he was mentally ill and full of hate. Yes we have many problems in this country but stop blaming the guns.
I bet if they were actually penalized for 20 years and no early release there'd be less of a issue. Also metal has memory. I watched a special once that they claimed if they put a certain chemical on where the serial numbers were ground of they'd reappear. Weird I know but it was on a special on 5v I saw.
You can build your own firearm, no serial number necessary if you don’t sell it, it’s your property made by you. And North Dakota is a Constitutional Carry state, no permit needed. So unless the dude has a violent misdemeanor or Felony on his record, he’s just disturbing the peace kinda guy. I think Neil is missing part of the story. Second dude is in possession of a stolen firearm, that’s a Federal crime, will he be prosecuted in Federal Court? I’d like to know if the DA will do that.
