The deputy reported signs of impairment during the stop.

The complaint describes bloodshot eyes and constricted pupils.

It also describes fidgety movements.

The complaint says Wagner struggled with balance tests.

She tried to estimate 30 seconds.

The deputy wrote she stopped at 17.9 seconds.

The deputy also noted raised bumps on the back of her tongue.

Search and Seizure

Wagner was arrested on suspicion of impaired driving, the complaint says.

During a search, the deputy found a pink case in her jacket pocket, the complaint says.

It also held a glass vial and a spoon with white residue.

The complaint says the liquid and residue tested positive for methamphetamine.

Wagner told officers the case belonged to her sister, the complaint says.
