PARK RAPIDS, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – A 31-year-old man from Park Rapids, Minnesota, Robert W. McGrath, is facing a felony charge of Threats of Violence following an alleged road rage incident on August 20th. The confrontation occurred at the intersection of Lawrence Street and Main Avenue North when McGrath was riding his bicycle in the middle of the road.

According to the statement of probable cause, the victim, who was driving to work, rolled down his window and advised McGrath to use the bike lane. In response, McGrath allegedly threw his bicycle down, pulled out a Bowie knife, and shouted, “You want to effing go?” He also threw an egg at the victim’s vehicle.

When questioned by police, McGrath declined to confirm or deny his involvement. However, a witness later identified him in a lineup, leading to the felony charge.
