Beltrami County, MN (trfnews.i234.me)—On January 20, 2025, Paris Johnson, a 35-year-old male, was taken into custody at the Beltrami County Jail. Johnson, described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 165 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, faces multiple charges:
- Obstructing the Legal Process: Interference with a peace officer, classified as a gross misdemeanor under Minnesota Statute 609.50.1(2).
- Trespassing: Refusal to depart from another’s premises, a misdemeanor as per Minnesota Statute 609.605.1(b)(3).
- Disorderly Conduct: Engaging in disruptive behavior, also a misdemeanor under Minnesota Statute 609.72.1.
As of now, no bail amount has been set for Johnson. He remains in custody awaiting his court appearance in the District Court.
This is not Johnson’s first encounter with the law. In September 2024, he was sentenced for felony terroristic threats and received a statutory stay of adjudication.
