FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Nicholas D. Berlin and Annette J. Sanderson are facing serious drug trafficking charges following a traffic stop in Fargo on August 15th. According to court documents, the stop led to a search of their vehicle, where officers discovered large amounts of narcotics, a scale, cash, and dangerous weapons. Berlin is now facing five felony counts, including possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, fentanyl, and other controlled substances. Sanderson is charged with three felony counts: possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, fentanyl, and marijuana, along with possession of drug paraphernalia.
