Otter Tail County, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office, with the assistance of its Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team, executed a search warrant to arrest Cleveland Mingo, 48, in Perham, Minnesota, on Tuesday. Mingo, who was wanted on multiple outstanding warrants in Louisiana, was apprehended without incident around 1 p.m. at an apartment on the 900 block of Jenny Avenue. The Perham Police Department and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension also supported the operation. The nature of Mingo’s warrants prompted the involvement of the SWAT team to ensure a safe and effective arrest.
