Emergency crews responded to a serious crash on Highway 10 near Perham, Minnesota Tuesday afternoon.
The crash occurred near the intersection of County Road 53, east of Perham.

According to emergency radio traffic, the collision involved a car and a truck.
Initial reports indicated that one person was trapped inside a vehicle and required extrication.
Fire crews on scene requested air medical assistance for at least one seriously injured occupant.

Video sent to TRF News shows a car that appears to be destroyed, with its top sheared back from the force of the crash.
Debris was scattered along the highway shoulder, and first responders were seen working to stabilize the scene.

Traffic in both directions of Highway 10 was slowed while emergency responders and firefighters worked to assist victims and secure the vehicles involved.
The Minnesota State Patrol has been called to investigate the incident.

As of late Tuesday afternoon, no official information has been released on the number of victims or their conditions.
Authorities say more details, including the identities of those involved, will be included in an upcoming State Patrol crash report.

Drivers in the area are urged to use caution and expect delays while crews clear the wreckage and complete their investigation.
