Otter Tail County (trfnews.i234.me) — Roger Leon Braun, age 52, has been arrested in Otter Tail County and is now facing serious felony charges.
Braun is charged with:

Felony Identity Theft under Minnesota Statute 609.527.3(2), accused of causing financial harm valued between $251 and $500 to a direct victim.

Felony Extradition/Detainer Warrant under Minnesota Statute 629.06(a), related to the extradition of individuals accused of committing crimes in another jurisdiction.
Braun was booked into custody on March 19, 2025, and is currently facing legal proceedings in connection with both the identity theft and extradition warrant.
