Otter Tail County (trfnews.i234.me), Pelican Rapids, Minnesota – A Pelican Rapids man is facing felony charges after allegedly threatening to kill someone following the death of his dog.
According to court documents, Jorge Nava confronted a woman at a residence after his dog was accidentally run over and killed. Nava, accompanied by two other men, allegedly told the woman, “I’m going to kill your son for killing my dog.”
The woman reported being extremely frightened and called for others in the home, prompting Nava and the men to leave. Nava later apologized for his actions on social media but was subsequently arrested.
He is now charged with felony threats of violence.
