Otter Tail County (trfnews.i234.me) — A Litchfield man will serve prison time.
A jury convicted him in a cocaine case, according to court records.
Jury verdict
Court records say Zachary Brian Oslund, 29, of Litchfield, was found guilty of two felonies.
The counts were first-degree sale of a controlled substance and first-degree possession.
Traffic stop and search
The case started with a traffic stop on Sept. 6, 2025, according to the file.
Investigators searched the vehicle Oslund was driving after the stop.
The search turned up a 2.386-pound brick of cocaine, the records say.
Officers also found small baggies and a digital scale, which prosecutors linked to sales.

Sentence
In Otter Tail County District Court, the judge sentenced Oslund to 65 months in prison.
The court gave him 152 days of jail credit for time already served.
Under state rules, he must serve at least two-thirds of the term in prison.
That equals 43 1/3 months, followed by up to 21 2/3 months on supervised release.
Statement to the court
Before sentencing, Oslund asked for a chance to rebuild his life.
He told the court he wants help through treatment, therapy, or medication.
He said jail was his first time locked up, and it was difficult.
He also said the time gave him space to reflect and plan changes.
Costs and public resources
Along with prison time, the court ordered a $50 fine and additional court costs.
