Otter Tail County: Joseph William Brown Sentenced for False Fire Alarm, Faces Additional Disorderly Conduct Charge

Otter Tail County (trfnews.i234.me) — Joseph William Brown, age 29, is currently facing multiple legal issues in Otter Tail County. Brown has been sentenced on a misdemeanor charge for False Fire Alarms / Tampering with a Fire Alarm System under Minnesota Statute 609.686.1, with sentencing scheduled to conclude on April 5, 2025.

In addition to the fire alarm tampering case, Brown has an active misdemeanor charge for Disorderly Conduct under Minnesota Statute 609.72.1(3), alleging that he engaged in offensive, abusive, boisterous, noisy, or obscene behavior.
