Tumuli Township, Otter Tail County (trfnews.i234.me) – On Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 1:31 p.m., emergency responders were called to a single-vehicle crash on westbound I-94 near mile marker 68 in Tumuli Township, Otter Tail County.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 2015 Ford Fusion, driven by Ronald James Callen, 74, of Bismarck, North Dakota, was traveling eastbound on I-94 when it left the roadway, collided with a highway sign, and then struck the cable median barrier.
Callen was wearing a seatbelt, and airbags deployed in the vehicle. He sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Lake Region Hospital for treatment. Alcohol was not involved, and road conditions were reported as dry.
Ashby Ambulance and Dalton Fire Department assisted at the scene.
