Operator of Closed Grand Forks-EGF Restaurants Faces Charges

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) The operator of restaurants in Grand Forks and East Grand Forks is now facing criminal charges. Joe Bushaw allegedly deducted money from an employees check for child support, but never paid all the money to the State.
an arrest warrant has been issued on this Friday for 21-year-old Joseph Owen busha of Grand Forks the owner operator of two now closed restaurants Joe’s Diner in East Grand Forks and the wake and bake Cafe in Grand Forks busha has been charged with a pair of felonies theft of property and misapplication of entrusted property according to court documents he deducted 2 590 from an employee’s paycheck that was owed for child support however he allegedly didn’t turn over one thousand five hundred six dollars of those deductions to the state the complaint says busha knowingly obtained one thousand five hundred six dollars from that employee by deception by not submitting all the money he deducted and was owed to the state I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
