Would that be self defense though? I need to go back and listen again but if he was threatening him and he assaulted him first so why is he getting charged it was definitely self defense if you ask me but I guess this justice system won't see it that way 🤷🏼♀️

And Minnesota is going to get a lot worse before it gets better due to the recent decision from the Minnesota Supreme Court on the Duty to Retreat. Soon it will only be victims being charged with felonies after being attacked and the attackers becoming the victim if you do anything to defend yourself.
The charges is bunch of s*** and a law abiden citzens get charge for felony on his own property, sounds like the law enforcement and district attorney just don't give a s**t about the people.
